    • Involved in the physical assessment and hydraulic testing to evaluate 116 Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations.
    • Developed a database to store and manage all collected data, which facilitated the development and use of an automated prioritization process; and preparation of the final report that provided recommendations, costs and an implementation strategy.

    • Developed a database to analyze sewer manhole defects and recommend rehabilitation.
    • Developed the comprehensive Program’s Primavera Schedule.
    • Designed, developed, and currently maintain www.brsewer.com, a public outreach tool for the Baton Rouge SSO Program.

    • Maintained an XML based, thin-client, interactive interface to GIS datasets and associated relational databases. The system allows users to interact with vector and raster image information, as well as perform queries on the underlying data.
    • Worked as part of a team that built a web-based application to list and track daily construction crew locations using ASP.net/C#, XML, and XSL, with a built in GIS component to view the locations.
    • Designed and deployed a web-based document management system using ASP.NET/C#/MSSQL that supports full searches with a built-in document viewer.
    • QA manager for several of the large data stores for the Program, involving various field data, construction management data, work order data, and complex GIS data sets.
